Please allow 2-3 weeks for most items and 4- 6 weeks for handknits. Custom orders take approximately 4-8 weeks.
You can return an item for a refund within 28 days of receipt for any reason as long as the item is in the same new condition as you received it. Please obtain a certificate of posting or equivalent.
The postage incurred for returning items to us shall be at your own expense unless, of course, there is a fault with the item in which case we will refund any postage incurred.

We will email you when we have completed processing your return, which is normally within two days of receiving it. Please be aware refunds can take up to 5 working days to appear in your account if payment was made using a credit/debit card. A Paypal refund should appear in your PayPal account on the same day as the refund was made.
If you need to return an item(s) for an exchange, please send the item(s) back to us in the same condition you received it (them), within 28 days of receipt. For your own protection it’s always a good idea to obtain a certificate of posting, or equivalent.
On the bottom of your packing list there is a returns/exchange slip. Please fill this in as it will enable us to process your exchange faster. The postage incurred for returning items to us shall be at your own expense unless, of course, there is a fault with the item in which case we will refund any postage incurred. We will not charge anything for sending you a replacement.
